The Denville, NJ Centennial Parade was held on June 9, 2013, beginning at 2:00 pm, from Downtown Denville to Gardner Field. The weather was just about perfect.
My son marched in the parade, and I had a two-part day planned for photography and videography. Setting up in a fixed location early had me standing for a long time in one place at the edge of the sidewalk on Broadway. I was well-prepared, and great pictures and videos resulted. Later, I caught up with the passing Cub Scouts and walked with them until the end.
